Marty Glavin, Managing Director
Mr. Glavin has over 25 years of management consultant experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, change management, financial management, and the strategic planning, analysis, design and implementation of management information systems for organizations of all sizes and a variety of industries. Prior to establishing Navint, Mr. Glavin co-founded SiGMA Consulting which was eventually sold to Nextera Enterprises, and Executive Venture Partners in 1999, which was merged into Navint in 2001. Previous to that, he spent 12 years consulting for Price Waterhouse and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Glavin holds several board seats. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and is a Certified Systems Professional. |

Damon Auer, Principal
Mr. Auer has 14 years of extensive experience in the areas of change management, business process change and improvement, and the full life-cycle of custom and package software development and implementation. Mr. Auer has served clients in the transportation, financial services, consumer products, life sciences, transportation and professional services industries. Prior to Navint, Mr. Auer worked with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Auer received his Bachelors Degree with honors in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University. |

Howard Joyce, Principal
Mr. Joyce has spent the majority of his career designing and implementing business solutions including ERP software implementations, Customer Relationship Management applications, Web applications and technical sales effectiveness applications. Mr. Joyce has worked extensively with entertainment and media, eLearning and consumer products clients. Prior to Navint, Mr. Joyce worked with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, and Price Waterhouse. He was also the Owner/ Consultant of Public Domain Company and served as Chief of Staff for the Alaska State Legislative Council. Mr. Joyce received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University. |

Jim Martindale, Principal
Mr Martindale has over 10 years of management consulting experience across a broad span of industries including financial services, entertainment and media, and manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Martindale joined Navint in April of 2002, bringing with him years of experience assisting clients align their critical business strategies with practical and scalable technology solutions. Mr. Martindale has implemented multiple financial and customer relationship management applications, as well as B2C and B2B eCommerce solutions. Prior to Navint, Mr. Martindale was a Practice Director with Spry Technology. He has also worked with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, Workgroup Technologies, and as a financial planner and accountant at Whittier Partners, LLC. |

John Robosson, Principal
Mr. Robosson has 20 years of management consulting experience in the areas of information technology assessments and strategy, enterprise systems implementations, custom application development and business process change services. Mr. Robosson’s industry expertise includes legal, professional services, financial services, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals and government. Mr. Robosson has held management positions with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Robosson holds a Master of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Robert Sullivan, Principal
Mr. Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cross border acquisitions, cost restructuring, process improvement, organization architecture, and technology integration. Prior to joining Navint, Mr. Sullivan was with Answerthink Consulting Group, KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the West Chester University, and has completed numerous postgraduate courses at St. Josephs University. Mr. Sullivan has spoken to numerous trade organizations on finance strategy, cost management and business intelligence topics. |

Mark L. Vaughn, Principal
Mr. Vaughn has 14 years of business and technology consulting experience in the areas of program management, project leadership, technology strategy, business transformation, custom development and packaged enterprise application implementations. Mr. Vaughn has worked to develop business solutions for leading organizations in a variety of industries including financial services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and educational services. Prior to co-founding Navint, Mr. Vaughn was a Practice Director and Head of the New York office for Nextera Technology Solutions Group. He also worked as a project manager for The Thompson Group and, early in his career, provided engineering services for automotive, technology and consumer goods manufacturing companies. Mr. Vaughn received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. |
